An Amazing 2nd Quarter for Ridgeway Training

Ridgeway Training has had an amazing 2nd Quarter of 2016

Not only have  we started training  the new CVFMQ ( Commercial  Vehicle Fleet Management Qualification) and the new City & Guilds Transport Manager CPC, we are also proud to announce our accreditation to deliver a Driver CPC Course linked with TFL ( Transport For London) and FORS ( Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme)

Staying Legal is a great all round course covering everything from the drivers daily check, dealing with customers, avoiding  PCNs (Penalty Charge Notices), drivers hours and operator licencing. We feel this will support all local companies that are fORS registered avoid the travel up to all the other courses being held in London, Bristol and up North. This course is also one of the routes to gain your FORS  Silver Re-Accreditation or even develop your way to FORS Gold, so your drivers understand the laws relative to them, their responsibility on a day to day basis and the joint responsibility of them and their employer. Continual Professional Development, Compliance and a route to further fORS development.

The feedback for our new premises has been nothing but complimentary, both students and clients feel it is a cracking learning environment and one that would be an amazing  meeting spot for local businesses

We now have the support of Eliot Jones Catering to provide all our buffet lunches for the students so there is no need to leave the premises until the end of the day.

We were initially concerned about the location being not accessible enough but this has been proved the opposite, so, all in all, it has been a fantastic move and one which has served Ridgeway Training well going forward.
